RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please email us at [email protected] and provide us your order number or Paypal receipt number. The following conditions shall be fulfilled in order for us to process your return application:
- Customer shall make such request within 7 calendar days upon of delivery.
- For exchange, Customer is allowed to exchange for a product of the same model number only. In the event that a same model product is not available, the Customer may choose another product with similar value. Additional cost may incur due to price difference.
- For return, the return product shall be in full working condition and undamaged together with all necessary plastic/protective bags, including all spare parts etc. Returned product must be purchased directly from the Company (official websiteWWW.YELLTOWIN.COM) and shipped back to our warehouse address at Unit 1206, 12/F, Tower 2, Silvercord, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. (the Customer shall bear the shipping costs incurred therein.)
- Product purchased from an authorized reseller / distributor / other retails may be returned to such entity and is subject to the terms and conditions of the entity. Customer shall contact such entity directly for return.
- Item which is marked as "Non-Exchangeable" or "Non-returnable" cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
- Product purchased can only be exchanged or returned once.
- Customer acknowledges that the shipping costs incurred are not refundable.
Together with all the supporting documents, Customers shall provide their name, email address, order number, reason for return and request for a return via email at [email protected].

Our customer service representative will provide you further details upon receiving your return/exchange email application. By estimation, the Company will need 15 working days to review your application and shall contact you again as soon as possible.
